CiminoCare Celebrates National Assisted Living Week with a Commitment to “Caring is EssentiAL”

Today’s seniors are expecting more from every aspect of their lives. The senior housing industry has responded by creating assisted living communities, a place where senior residents thrive by getting the care and services they need. To celebrate the way more than one million people live, there is National Assisted Living Week® taking place September 13-19, 2020. With a nod to all of our caregivers, who work tirelessly to mitigate the negative impact of COVID-19, “Caring is EssentiAL” has been announced as the theme of this year’s National Assisted Living Week.

“The theme, ‘Caring is EssentiAL,’ is more relevant today than in recent years and highlights the incredible care provided by essential caregivers in assisted living communities across the country,” according to American Health Care Association / National Center for Assisted Living.

CiminoCare defines Care as a culture that encompasses everything we do and takes enormous pride in its dedicated caregivers who go above and beyond the call of duty to care for residents. During this week, CiminoCare will be celebrating our special relationships with team members, residents and family, as well as our professional relationships.

“We would not be able to operate the wonderful communities that we do if it were not for our caregivers. They are the front line in caring for residents, day in and day out, making the lives of our residents and fellow staff all the more enjoyable and active. We wholeheartedly thank and celebrate each and every one of them,” said Mark Cimino, CEO of CiminoCare.

Happy Assisted Living Week!
