Insight’s 2020 Customer Experience Awards\u2122. Two communities, Mills Estate Villa and Burlingame Villa, were recognized in the category of Customer Experience. Each displayed continued dedication to providing Best-in-Class senior healthcare services.<\/p>\n

To win the award, over the course of 2019, a sampling of CiminoCare\u2019s customers and their families participated in monthly telephone interviews that included open-ended questions, as well as the opportunity to rate our company in specific categories. In addition, every month, we gathered those real-time survey results to gain a better understanding of residents\u2019 needs in order to make meaningful improvements.<\/p>\n
By qualifying for the Pinnacle Customer Experience Award\u2122, CiminoCare has satisfied the rigorous demand of scoring in the top 15% of the nation across a 12-month average.<\/p>\n
