Wilma M. Cimino, a Director and co-founder of the family business, serves as President of Burlingame Villa, Inc.

For 20 years prior to starting the Residential Care Facility business, Mrs. Cimino provided in-home care and served as conservator for elderly clients in the community.

Mrs. Cimino is a master caregiver and continues to set the standards by which the company's care is delivered.
