Katie Eiseman, Vice President and our Director of Quality Assurance since 1999, oversees and directs all aspects of our Quality Assurance program, including staff training and care supervision programs.

Previously, she was Administrator of Mills Estate Villa from 1997 to 1999 and Administrator of Burlingame Villa from 1994 to 1997.

Mrs. Eiseman, a licensed Residential Care Facility Administrator, earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from Pacific Union College in 1981. In May of 2007 she received her Masters of Gerontology at Notre Dame de Namur University in Belmont, CA. She currently resides on the board of SpiritCare which provides spiritual ministry to Long Term Care residents.
